Fenugreek is another herbal supplement traditionally used to treat sexual dysfunction. It contains compounds called saponins, which can help increase the body’s production of LH, naturally boosting testosterone levels. Fenugreek has also been found to improve overall sexual health by increasing libido, improving erections, and enhancing overall performance during intercourse.

3. Zinc

Zinc is an essential mineral that plays an important role in many bodily functions, including reproductive health and sexual function. 5. Horny Goat Weed

Another popular natural remedy for ED is horny goat weed (Epimedium grandiflorum). This herb has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine for its purported ability to increase libido and combat fatigue; however, it’s not clear how effective it may be in treating ED specifically, as studies on the subject are limited. While there’s no conclusive evidence as to exactly how horny goat weed works, some experts believe it may work in a similar way to Viagra by blocking certain enzymes involved in regulating blood flow throughout the body.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is one of India’s most popular herbs, traditionally used both medicinally and spiritually, but recent research suggests it could also play a role in combating erectile dysfunction. One study found that ashwagandha was able to significantly reduce anxiety levels while increasing serum concentrations of LH – suggesting that it may affect hormones involved in sexual function. However, more research is needed before scientists can definitively say whether ashwagandha really does work as well as advertised.

7. Vitamin D

Vitamin D deficiency has become increasingly common in recent years, especially among older people who often have difficulty getting enough sunlight due to age or other physical limitations. Low vitamin D status has been linked to lower free testosterone levels, so if you’re someone who suffers from ED, vitamin D supplementation could prove helpful. Taking 1000-2000 IU daily should be sufficient for most people, although more severe cases may require higher doses depending on their specific situation.

8. Omega-3 fatty acids

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats that our bodies cannot produce, so we need to get them through diet or supplementation. These fats have many benefits, including supporting heart health, reducing inflammation, aiding cognition, hair growth, etc, but did you know they can also help treat ED? Yep! Research suggests that omega-3 fatty acids may inhibit phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) – an enzyme responsible for controlling blood flow throughout our circulatory system – and may therefore help those struggling with ED achieve better results than relying on other treatments alone. Aim for 2g a day when choosing a supplement; preferably from fish oil capsules, as these contain higher amounts than flaxseed oil varieties anyway!
