All in all, we are on the cusp of seeing a digital revolution as far as movies are concerned as theatres are slowly becoming obsolete as the corona virus pandemic has hit filmmakers where it hurts the most as they have no choice but to postpone their big budget movies to next year to recover the cost.
While, small time filmmakers are releasing their ventures on platforms like Couchtuner, MXN Player and others as they might not have much budget but are strong on content but could not release their movies in theatres due to movie mafia having a hold on everything.
Online streaming platforms are here to stay as the months roll on and are expected to become a huge success in the years to come.
